Bio:

• Mr. Horne has been teaching at UNC Charlotte since 2004, and became a full-time member of the faculty in August 2006. He teaches Public Speaking, Advanced Public Speaking and Argumentation & Debate. He also serves as the Director of Forensics at UNC Charlotte, a competitive speaking team specializing in individual events and debate.
